Design Services

ZE Properties architecture group offers a full range of architectural services in a design-build capacity with ZE Properties construction group, while also continuing to pursue third-party projects in conjunction with other construction companies using more traditional project delivery processes.

Construction Services

Our construction teams more effectively coordinate the design elements because they understand their importance to the project.

As your Construction Manager, ZE Properties will act as your agent throughout the design and construction phases of your building project, until the day when you turn on the lights in your new or renovated building for the very first time. ZE Properties will manage details including working with Architects to keep project costs down, contacting quality Contractors to inform them about the project, working with Contractors to maintain project schedule, processing contractor pay applications, and expediting Owner occupancy permits through local and state agencies.

During construction ZE Properties will provide review of progress in relationship to the project schedule and adherence to design intent. Additionally, we provide continual project management of the construction process, with weekly construction meetings, management of all project information, requests for Information, requests for proposals, design documents, proposed changes, meeting minutes, shop drawings and approval log information, correspondence, etc. It is our policy on every project to develop and more importantly implement a detailed quality assurance program, tailored specifically for each project. ZE Properties is one of the nation's most experienced contractors in providing sustainable construction.

Through our affiliate "LR" Law Firm & Real Estate Company Ltd., we offer a full range of legal services to our clients. Individuals, corporations, financial institutions and government agencies are represented regarding a wide variety of transactions.
